Flexible business space
Our flexible terms make it easy to add space when your business needs it—without committing to larger commercial premises or a warehouse.
Tell us what you need to store and we’ll help you select the most practical unit size.
Space without the complexity
A storage unit can give your business valuable breathing room without adding unnecessary complexity.
Use Cocoon to clear stock from an office, move equipment out of the garage, organise supplies between jobs or create additional capacity during busy periods.

Business storage needs rarely stay exactly the same. You might need more space ahead of a busy season, during an office move or while waiting for new premises.
Cocoon offers flexible month-to-month terms. If your requirements change and another suitable unit is available, talk to us about moving up or down a size.
No bond, administration fee or lengthy fixed-term commitment.
At Cocoon, you control the padlock and key to your own private unit. Visit during access hours, drive directly to your door and collect what you need.
